Architectural Drafting
A sketch on a café napkin? That's a starting point too. I work from rough sketches, existing drawings, and 3D models to develop CAD drawings, delivered in DWG or PDF format to suit your project.

3D Modeling
Different windows? New cladding? An addition that changes the whole building? I build 3D models to help you explore those ideas, compare materials, and see how the pieces fit together. Bring the model to your architect, share it with stakeholders, or use it to choose your next direction.

Architectural Visualization
Not sure which materials work together? I use your project's 3D model to explore finishes, lighting, and architectural details through still images and video. Compare the options before renovation starts, or share the visuals with clients, investors, or your church community, so everyone can discuss the same picture.

Digital Twin
Need a 3D record of your building as it stands today? I model existing interiors and exteriors from measurements, photos, and available drawings. The focus is on what's actually there, before any redesign. You get a digital copy of the current space, with the level of detail agreed for your project.

AI Concept to 3D Model & Drawings
Got a design idea from ChatGPT, Gemini, or another AI tool? Send it over. The proportions may be off, but the idea gives us somewhere to start. I'll help check it against real measurements, develop the layout, and turn it into a 3D model and project drawings. AI can start the conversation, but a person needs to work through the details with you.

Send Your Project
Send me what you have and tell me what you want to achieve. Include the project location, any known dimensions, and a deadline if you have one. I'll ask if I need anything else.

Receive a Free Estimate
No upfront payment. I'll review your project, estimate the hours needed, and share my hourly rate so you know how the cost is calculated. The time needed depends on the scope and level of detail.

Project Production
Once we've agreed on the scope, I'll get to work on your drawings, model, or renderings. The first version gives us something concrete to discuss. From there, we can work through your feedback and explore the options you'd like to compare.

Review & Delivery
We'll review the work together and refine the details around your feedback. Once you're happy with the result and approve the project as final, I'll send the files in the formats we've agreed on. Payment is due after your final approval.
